A Tool to Continuously Assess Social Political and Economic Events

These are the requirements:
HU250-1: Assess the relationship between social, political, and cultural developments and artistic expressions.
In this at least 500-word essay, you will reflect upon the ways that social, political, and cultural developments have an impact upon you and your actions.
Your essay may be about how the economy has changed your work, how technology has had an impact on your career pursuits, why you decided to pursue your degree, or other factors. Consider the cultural expectations from co-workers, friends and family, and your response to these expectations. You are not limited to this list, but may think of any external force and your internal action and personal response.
Author Seth Godin gives a definition of art that goes beyond the first impression of someone who paints, draws, or makes music. In fact, you can engage in art whenever you aim to make a difference and share your potential. Thus, you can be an artist in customer service, manual labor, helping professions, or law enforcement.
An artist is someone who uses bravery, insight, creativity, and boldness to challenge the status quo. An artist takes it personally…Art is a personal gift that changes the recipient. The medium does not matter. The intent does. Art is a personal act of courage, something one human does that creates change in another (Godin, 2010, p. 83-84).
On this definition, your artistic expression may be pursuing your education, volunteering in your community, mentoring young people, or being the best parent you can be. The possibilities are broad.
You are welcome to write this paper in first person, since you are writing from your own impressions and experience.
This assessment has four parts.
Part I:
You should open with an introduction that gives the scope for your essay, a preview of your main points, and a thesis. Offer a declarative thesis as the final sentence in your introduction, which should sum up for the reader what you will prove in the investigation ahead.
Part II:
Identify one social, political, or cultural factor that you believe has an influence on you. Use and cite the readings to clarify how an outside influence can have an impact generally. Then introduce your selected external factor, explain what it is, and why you believe it is a good choice for investigation. Write about the impact of this external factor upon your beliefs, values, or actions. Assess how you may have had to change to adapt, or how you have taken action in the face of external pressures.
Part III:
In Godin's definition, art is about caring, creating change, and acting courageously. Be sure to use and cite Godin's quotation about being an artist in order to give credit and context for his idea. What does being an artist mean for your life in relation to the factor mentioned in Part I? How might you be an artist in response and carry this artistic action into the future? Social, cultural, and political forces may cause you to change, but how have you been able to adapt and create a change that you direct?
Part IV:
Your paper should conclude with a substantive and meaningful conclusion that restates the thesis and main points.

This is what I came up with:
Introduction
Human growth is influenced by a variety of social, political, and cultural changes, both good and negative in nature. Nature and the surroundings in which they may be found exert influence on human people and their actions. Social and cultural variables have an impact on an individual's economic stability based on his or her perceptions and views about the world and themselves. Culture affects one's mindset and thinking viewpoint, which may either be beneficial or detrimental to the growth of a country or society. Social issues such as racial and tribal prejudice contribute to poverty and lack of growth in certain nations and communities, as does a lack of investment in infrastructure. The primary goal of this article is to demonstrate how changes in social, political, and cultural developments have a variety of effects on human activities in society as a whole.
Racial minorities consistently do worse on exams and have worse economic prospects than the general population. In addition, cultural norms obstruct the participation of other people in social progress, depriving the vast majority of persons of their economic, political, and educational rights within society. It is possible that culture has a variety of hidden effects on commerce, trade, and the development of people and nations in general, and that these influences may have a good or bad impact on different developments in society. Cultural ideas and practices may have a good or bad effect on a country's economic position, depending on the circumstances (McMichael, 2016). The growth of the developed economies may be traced back to the cultural activities that take place inside the countries. When political stability exists, people and nations benefit from it as they go through their respective stages of life. It is possible for a country's economy to become stable while simultaneously being politically stable.
What role has technology had in your professional development?
From the social, political, and cultural viewpoints, there are a variety of external variables that may influence an individual's growth. I'd want to present and explain how technology may affect people's growth in their everyday lives and professions as they go through the society. I've found that, thanks to the development of cutting-edge technological abilities and methods, it's become much easier to manage a wide range of tasks across a wide range of industries. I work as a business manager, and technical advancements in information technology have allowed me to improve the mechanisms by which I oversee the marketing management of my company. The expansion of social media platforms has improved the effectiveness of marketing and the capture of a company's client base, particularly in the business world. As a growth tool, technological advancement is essential, and it is the most appropriate external element to consider when starting a company since it links you to the global village (the globe) (Antze & Lambek, 2016).
The consequences of this exogenous element (technological advancement)
External variables are out of the control of the organization's management and must be carefully adhered to in order to avoid failure of the organization. External variables such as technological progress, strict financing government laws and circumstances, as well as competition, all have an impact on individual growth in a community. Every firm or organization must be prepared to deal with the impact of the most recent technological advancement in order to keep up with the standards and competitiveness of the commercial enterprise. It is necessary to comply with the introduction of new technology in order to protect and preserve the company's existence from the danger of external forces (Greenfield, 2016).
Conclusion
According to Godin's concept, social, cultural, and political forces may compel people to change, but it is up to the individuals to examine and propose a change that they would want to see implemented. Nature may compel change, but only the human person has the ability to create change in the precise specified areas that he or she chooses. People find it simpler to advocate for a change that is beneficial to them, and they prefer to carry out their responsibilities within the community.
